An analytical meeting on youth issues and spiritual-educational activities was held

On November 10, an extended analytical meeting was held at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni, with the participation of deputy deans, heads of relevant departments, and tutors, to further improve the effectiveness of youth affairs and spiritual-educational activities.

At the meeting, the university’s First Vice-Rector D.Ibadullaev, Rector’s Advisor A.Shakarov, Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Enlightenment Sh.Allaberganov, and University Prevention Inspector M.Bobojonov discussed a number of important issues in detail.

In particular, the participants exchanged views on the effectiveness of spiritual and educational activities aimed at making students’ free time meaningful, adherence to the university’s “Code of Ethics and Conduct,” existing problems, and possible solutions.

Instructions were given to regularly monitor rental housing and student dormitories during the autumn-winter season, ensuring continuous oversight of students’ living conditions, safety, and discipline.

In conclusion, all responsible staff were instructed and advised to increase their activity in working with youth, show greater attention to students, and carry out their duties with a strong sense of responsibility for each student’s well-being.
