The scientific potential of the department is increasing

At Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni, the Department of Translation Theory and Practice of the Faculty of Foreign Philology conducted a preliminary  defence of the dissertation titled "The Combination of Mood and Intonation in Uzbek and English Languages in Communication (based on the example of Uzbek and English languages)", submitted by senior lecturer Atajanova Malohat Ilhamovna to obtain the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Philological Sciences in the specialty 10.00.06 – Comparative Literature, Contrastive Linguistics, and Translation Studies.
