Rajapov Shavkat Zaripbaevich was born on May 5, 1984 in the Khorezm region. In 2005-2009, he studied at the Urgench State University with a degree in Physical Education and 
in the direction of "Physical education". In 2009-2011, he studied at the Master's degree in Physical education and Physical culture, and began his career as deputy director of the Academic Lyceum No. 2 of Urgench State University in 2011-2015. In 2015-2018, he held the position of assistant to the mayor of Urgench, in 2018-2021 - director of the specialized boarding school for hard of hearing children No. 32 in the city of Urgench.  Since September 2024, he has been working as a senior lecturer at Urgench State University. Rajapov Shavkat Zaripbaevich was elected a deputy of the Urgench City Council of People's Deputies in 2019. 
Rajapov Shavkat Zaripbaevich was repeatedly awarded a Letter of Thanks from the Ministry of Higher Education, the Department of Public Education. 
Rajapov Shavkat Zaripbaevich is married and has four children.
