In 2013, he graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies with a degree in Radio Engineering Devices and Communication Means.
In 2021, he obtained a PhD degree in the specialty 05.04.02 – Radio Engineering, Radio Navigation, Radar and Television Systems and Devices. Mobile and Fiber-Optic Communication Systems.
Since 2023, he has held the academic title of Associate Professor.
He has more than 10 years of scientific and pedagogical experience.

He is the author of more than 50 scientific and educational-methodical works, including:

• 1 textbook,

• 1 monograph,

• 5 articles published abroad,

• 15 articles in journals included in the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) list of the Republic of Uzbekistan,

• about 30 theses presented at international and national conferences,

• 7 software registration certificates.

He is a participant in several international grant projects.
