A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Baishev University and Urgench State University.

On February 11 of this year, an official meeting was held at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni with the participation of Michael Houlgate, Director of the British Council in Uzbekistan, and Deputy Director Jamilya Gulyamova, Rector of Baishev University Olga Ligina, Vice-Rector for Science and Strategic Development Bibigul Kusanova, as well as the leadership of Urgench State University.

During the meeting, the parties thoroughly discussed opportunities for scientific and educational cooperation between the two universities, the implementation of joint scientific and practical projects, and issues related to organizing international and regional scientific conferences, seminars, and various practical events.

Following the negotiations, a Memorandum was signed between Baishev University and Urgench State University aimed at further strengthening friendly and effective cooperation. This document provides a solid foundation for the development of joint scientific, educational, and practical projects between the two higher education institutions in the future.
