Rector of Urgench State University Welcomes Turkish Guests
Today, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkey’s “Janna Group,” Hasan Özkaracalar and Director of International Trade and Business Development at Dünyagöz, Mert Demirsöz visited Urgench State University. The guests were received by the university’s rector, Feruza Madrakhimova.
During the meeting, an official dialogue took place between the parties. The guests first expressed their deep respect for the people of Uzbekistan and expressed their desire to implement large-scale projects in cooperation with Urgench State University.
During the negotiations, initiatives were proposed to open a new program specializing in the Turkish language, covering not only university students but also technical school and lyceum students, to provide education through Turkish specialists, and to award graduates with international certificates. In turn, Rector Feruza Madrakhimova thoroughly reviewed the proposed initiatives and confirmed that cooperation would be established on this basis.
