conducted a master class on "Khorezm Maqom Suite"
♻️ On February 17-18 of this year, Botir Matyoqubovich Rakhimov, Associate Professor of the Department of Arts at Urganch State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Art History, conducted a master class on "Khorezm Maqom Suite" for the professors and teachers of the Yunus Rajabi Uzbek National Institute of Musical Art.
During the master class, detailed information was provided about the historical roots and modern interpretations of the Khorezm maqoms. In particular, examples were given to explain why certain terms from the "Khorezm Musical Chronicle" are not used in today's musical practice.
