At Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni, at the Department of Romance-Germanic Philology of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, a regular scientific-methodological seminar was held on April 17 of the current year in room 436.
During the seminar, a presentation was delivered by Sa’dullayeva Sapura Batirbek qizi, a lecturer of the Department of Romance-Germanic Philology, on the topic “The Role of Multimedia Tools in Teaching German as a Foreign Language.”
The presentation provided detailed information on the importance of multimedia tools—such as audio, video, interactive programs, presentations, and online platforms—in the process of teaching German. In particular, it was emphasized that these tools create opportunities to develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as to organize lessons in a more engaging and effective way.
At the end of the seminar, the faculty members shared their opinions and comments on the topic. The scientific-methodological seminar was held in a lively and discussion-rich atmosphere.
