Today, Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni, in cooperation with the Khorezm Regional Prosecutor’s Office, hosted a job fair for graduating students.
The event was attended by Khudaybergan Norqobilov, Deputy Prosecutor of the Khorezm Region, and Feruza Madrahimova, Rector of the University. They met with representatives of participating companies and organizations. During the discussions, particular attention was paid to promoting youth employment, helping graduates secure jobs in their fields of study, and facilitating their successful integration into the labor market.
Throughout the job fair, graduates met directly with employers and received detailed information about available vacancies, working conditions, recruitment procedures, and future career prospects. They also had the opportunity to sign employment contracts on the spot.
At the job fair, approximately 350 government agencies, organizations, and institutions across the region offered 1,820 vacant positions to graduates. Considering that 6,391 students are graduating from the university this year, the fair serves as an important platform for launching their professional careers.
