Today, the people of Uzbekistan are celebrating with great pride the 30th anniversary of our independence, the eternal dream of our ancestors. In particular, this year the celebration is held under the motto “Let's live freely and prosperously in the new Uzbekistan!” and it brings endless joy to all of us. Taking this opportunity, I sincerely congratulate the entire staff of our university, the people of Uzbekistan, who celebrate the most great and precious holiday with great joy, on the 30th anniversary of the independence of our Motherland.
