A professor from a prestigious university in the United States of America visited Urgench State University

On September 28, 2021, at the Culture Hall of Urgench State University, as part of the UniCEN project, Sergey Lapin, a professor at Washington State University, gave a presentation on “Student Assessment System in America and Information on Washington State University”.

In his report, Professor Sergey Lapin presented the experience of Washington State University on the current activities of the university, its internal structure, educational processes, assessment system, opportunities and conditions created for students, the use of modern teaching methods and systems, the use of innovative technologies in the field of education to the participants of the meeting.

The meeting with the participation of heads of departments, deputy deans for academic affairs and professors of UrSU was a particular approach to the future implementation of the experience of prestigious foreign universities and the development of relations between universities to a new level.

The meeting was full of interesting information and the negotiations were effective.
