A seminar-training on “Higher Education and the Mahalla Cooperation” was held for mahalla youth leaders
On April 5, 2022, a seminar-training on “Higher Education and the Mahalla Cooperation” was held with the leaders of youth in the mahallas assigned to Urgench State University. It was attended by the Deputy Deans for Youth Affairs of all faculties, representatives of the faculties, psychologists, and youth leaders of the mahallas.
The seminar-training was conducted by the First Vice-Rector for Youth Issues and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of UrSU S.Davletov. The event was also attended by Advisor to the Rector of the University R. Sharipov.
At the seminar-training psychologist M.D. Jumaniyazova spoke on “Scientific and psychological bases of communication with the person”, docent of the Economics Faculty B.Sultonov spoke on “Fundamentals of entrepreneurship development”.
During the seminar-training E.Isakov, the youth leader of “Mustaqillik” MFY of Khanka district and U.Doschanov, the deputy dean of the Bioengineering and Food Safety Faculty of UrSU, made a presentation on “Experience of “Mustaqillik” mahalla in the effective organization of cooperation between the university and the mahalla”.
The seminar-training was held in the form of an open dialogue, which included the introduction of new management mechanisms for working with youth, the formation of a vertical system of working with them, solving youth problems directly in the mahallas, further improving the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work.
