A press conference was held on "Anti-corruption: a mechanism for assessing students' knowledge and skills and its effectiveness"
On May 6, 2022, Urgench State University hosted a press conference on "Anti-corruption: a mechanism for assessing students' knowledge and skills and its effectiveness."
It was attended by the head of the Department of Anti-Corruption "Compliance Control" H.Shikhova, head of the Educational and Methodical Management G.Matlatipov, adviser to the rector of the university R.Sharipov and students of the faculties of Natural Sciences and Physics and Mathematics.
At the press conference, the experts discussed the mechanism of assessing the knowledge and level of students at Urgench State University and the work carried out to increase its effectiveness, the essence of the regulation on the system of control and evaluation of students ' knowledge in higher education institutions, the same responsibility of the student and teacher in preventing various corruption situations and, information about the significant aspects of the credit-module system was brought to the attention of the students.
There was also a detailed discussion of what corruption is, the current concept of academic corruption, and the university's efforts to prevent it.
Students, in turn, asked questions and received answers from officials.
