Republican scientific and scientific-technical conference on the topic "Modern technologies for the production of safe food in agricultural products" began its work

Today, the Republican scientific and scientific-technical conference on the topic "Modern technologies for the production of safe food in agricultural products" scheduled for April 4-5 at the Faculty of Chemical Technologies of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Biruni began its work.

First, the opening ceremony of the conference was held. At the conference, the acting rector of the university, Professor Sardor Khodjaniyazov, made an introductory speech and spoke about the conditions created for young researchers at the faculty and wished success to the conference.

It is worth noting that more than 50 professors, teachers and researchers from higher educational institutions of the Republic and foreign countries, including the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, as well as prestigious universities in Russia, are participating in this conference.

During the conference, Soren Balling Engelsen, Associate Professor of the Department of Food Technology at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, Chief Researcher of the Research Institute of the Bakery Industry of the Federal State Autonomous Scientific Institution, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Valery Yakovlevich Chernykh, and other participants are making presentations on topics as “Students and quality management of agricultural products”, “Modern technologies in the food industry”.

The conference will continue its work in the second part of the day at the meeting of the branches.
