On July 3, 2020, there was held an online conference with the participation of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Athens, the University of Western Attica in Greece and Urgench State University. In the online conference Mr. Olim Kasimov, who is General Consul and Head Consul of the diplomatic mission at General Consulate of Uzbekistan in Athens, from University of Western Attica Mr. Georgios Ioannidis, Dean of the Engineering School, Mr. Savas Vasiliadis, Head of the Electrical Department, Mr. Georgios Priniotakis, Head of the Industrial Design and Production Engineering Department, Mr. Dimitris Alexakis, Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Mr. Ioannis Chronis, Representative of the Electrical and Electronics Department, rector Bakhrom Abdullaev from Urgench State University, Vice-rectors Zafar Ibragimov, Gayrat Urazboev and deans of the faculties Muzaffar Kurbanov, Otabek Shikhov participated. The representatives of the universities gave detailed information about their universities and educational opportunities.
