An event on "COVID-19 prevention and vaccination measures" was held at Urgench State University
The event, which was held on September 24, 2021, in cooperation with Urgench State University and the Khorezm regional branch of the Nationwide Movement "Yuksalish", was held at Urgench State University with the participation of professors and students.
The event was opened and moderated by the head of the Khorezm regional branch of the Nationwide Movement "Yuksalish", adviser to the governor of the region S. Sapayeva.
Speakers at the event, in particular, S.Davletov, Vice-Rector for Youth, Spiritual and Educational Affairs of UrSU, Chairwoman of the Women's Council Sh.Nurullayeva, as well as the guests of the event Sh.Atajanov, Deputy Chief Physician of the Khorezm Regional State Sanitary-Epidemiological Center, and Z.Madrimov, Chief Physician of the Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital gave detailed information on the measures taken in our country today against the Covid-19 pandemic, a global problem in human life, in particular, the progress of vaccination in Khorezm region, the COVID-19 vaccine as an important tool to help control the pandemic, along with effective testing and existing preventive measures, its safety for human life, the current availability of 4 types of vaccines and on cases where vaccination is recommended and is not recommended. They also called on those gathered at the event to be active in the process of mass vaccination, not indifferent to the health of himself and his loved ones.
