A regular training seminar for tutors was held
On February 2, 2022, a regular meeting of the regular seminar for tutors was held at the Culture Hall of UrSU. It was attended by the Department of Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Education, the Women's Advisory Board, psychologists, deputy deans for Youth Issues of all faculties and university tutors.
Sanjarbek Davletov, Vice-Rector for Youth Issues, Spiritual and Educational Affairs of Urgench State University, opened the seminar with a report on the Ethical Code of Urgench State University and the Rules of Internal Labor. He also discussed the monitoring of tutors' work over the past three months and gave additional assignments and tasks. He gave recommendations on the education of the youth, their living conditions, the need to constantly address their problems, to further strengthen their participation in extramural classes.
During the seminar, the Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs of the Bioengineering and Food Safety Faculty U.Doschanov made a presentation on "Cooperation of the Deputy Dean with tutors in working with students", the chairman of the University Council of Tutors R. Matjanov made a presentation on "General tasks and responsibilities of the tutoring system", the chairwoman of the Women's Council of the University Sh. Nurullayeva made a presentation on "Protecting women from oppression and violence."
Psychologists also took part in the seminar. In particular, the head of the department "Pedagogy and Psychology" B.Nurullayeva gave psychological advice on how to more effectively organize the work of tutors today, to have a sincere, friendly relationship with students and to quickly address the existing problems.
During the workshop, tutors exchanged views and experiences. They asked questions to the officials about the various situations they encountered during their work and received the necessary answers. We are confident that such seminars and trainings will create ample opportunities for professionals to improve their professional skills and abilities.
