The first round of the "Navoiykhan Student" contest for this year, organized as part of the Week of the Philology Faculty, was held.
On March 11, 2022, the contest "Navoiykhan student" was held with the participation of students of the Philology Faculty of Urgench State University.
The main purpose of this contest is to study and promote the rich literary heritage of Navoi, to instill in the minds and hearts of students the essence of Navoi's works.
By studying the rich literary heritage of Alisher Navoi, analyzing the lexical meaning of the words in his works, expressive reading of his poems, the students of the faculty competed in the creative field of the contest "Navoiykhan student".
Students who actively participated in 3 tasks were evaluated by members of the jury. According to the results of the contest:
1st place: Shomuratova Risolat
2nd place: Hasanboyeva Munisa
3rd place: Sultanova Marhabo
The artistic part of the event was performed by students of the Uzbek language group 207 with songs, dances and performances of Navoi's works.
The winners of the contest and active students of the event were awarded diplomas and gifts by the head of the department "Uzbek language and literature", docent S. Matkarimova.
