Two generations met at Urgench State University
On April 16, 2022, a meeting of labor veterans of Khorezm region and talented youth of the university was held. It was attended by a group of (military) veterans who have made a worthy contribution to the development of the region and can be an example with their brilliant life.
Opening the meeting, S. Davletov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Issues and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of UrSU, acknowledged that such meetings would be a great example for our youth.
The guests of the meeting were retired lieutenant colonel Sh. Jumaniyazov, who was head of the Department of Defense of Andijan region, Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the National Guard of Khorezm region K. Ibodullayev, Excellence of the Armed Forces, serviceman, sergeant I.Shodiyev, lieutenant colonel I.Rahimov.
There was a talk about their life and work achievements, the unique impact of independence on the fate of each generation, its dignity, the opportunities provided to young people, the continuity of traditions between generations.
They gave their advice on how to live with love and devotion to the motherland, to make a worthy contribution to its development, to preserve it, and to have an exemplary life in the future.
In turn, the students listened to each speech with enthusiasm and actively participated with questions.
At the end of the meeting, talanted students sang songs.
