British Council organized seminar-trening at the International Business Center on October 14-15, 2019, a seminar-training under the new EMI project
The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education jointly with the British Council will launch a new 3-year EMI (English as a medium of instruction), a variety of disciplines and modules in English, with the aim of expanding national facilities in higher education, international cooperation and opportunities for EMIs and developing a language teaching experience.
The British Council announced a competition among universities in the country to implement this project and identify national cooperation. Many teachers from Urgench State University applied for the contest and the results were announced on September 28. The winners of contest participated in the first meeting with British partners in Tashkent on October 2-4.
British Council organized seminar-trening at the International Business Center on October 14-15, 2013, a seminar-training under the new EMI project on the development of English language teaching experience in various fields and modules Urgench State university was represented by Shikhova Khosiyat, Ermetova Jamila, Allaberganov Bunyod, Abdullayev Davron and Eshchanova Gulbahor. They received a lot of information on developing strategies in this area.
