An open dialogue was held at Urganch State University on admission issues for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Today, on July 22, an open dialogue was held at Urganch State University on the topic of "Entrance tests for undergraduate courses of higher educational institutions for the 2022-2023 academic year."
The open dialogue was held under the chairmanship of the rector of the university, Bakhrom Abdullayev. It was attended by vice-rector for Academic affairs S. Khodjaniyozov, secretary of the Admissions Commission, dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences H. Polvonov, media representatives, bloggers and students.
At the beginning of the open dialogue, Rector B.Abdullayev discussed the processes of preparation for the 2022-2023 academic year admission at the university, the activities of the call center and the consultation center, the admission parameters of the 2022-2023 academic year of Urganch State University, the newly opened bachelor's education courses, provided information on master's majors, correspondence courses, as well as distance education.
For information, it is worth saying that in the 2022/2023 academic year, 2,500 students will enter the university for 65 undergraduate (full-time) courses, 488 students for 39 master's majors, and 725 students for 25 correspondence courses. It is planned to accept the applicant on a tution fee contract basis. It is also planned to admit 150 applicants to study in the distance education form of the bachelor's degree, i.e. 60610100-Computer science and programming technologies (by directions).
