Acquaintance with the conditions created in Student's Dormitories and the university library was held
Today, on December 12, a media tour was organized at Urganch State University on the topic "Conditions created in student residences and familiarization with the university library". Media representatives and bloggers, students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics took part in it.
This evening's media tour took place in the building of the Technical Faculty of Urganch State University, located on "Gurlan" street, Urganch city. Head of Youth Work, Spirituality and Education Department of UrSU Sh.Allaberganov, University Press Secretary M.Ahmedova and IRC employees introduced the media tour participants to the information resource center newly established in this area and the student residence No. 6.
This 2-story Information-resource center has been newly renovated and started to operate. The library serves students of the Faculty of Technology and Philology. The general fund consists of 23,873 books. The information-resource center has all facilities for students, there are 2 large study halls, dressing rooms, literature storage funds. There are 8,683 pieces of fiction for students to spend their free time meaningfully. The library is constantly crowded with students. Events dedicated to important dates and exhibitions of new literature are regularly held in the Information Resource Center.
There are 7 student residences at Urganch State University, and guests were introduced to Student's Dormitory No. 6 during today's media tour. This student residence is designed for 240 places and has all conditions and facilities for students.
