A scientific-theoretical seminar entitled "Current Problems of Uzbek Linguistics" and a scientific-methodological seminar entitled "Ways to Improve the Efficiency of Teaching Linguistics" were held at the Department of Uzbek Linguistics
On February 4 of this year, a scientific-theoretical seminar entitled "Current Problems of Uzbek Linguistics" and a scientific-methodological seminar entitled "Ways to Improve the Efficiency of Teaching Linguistics" were held at the Department of Uzbek Linguistics of the Faculty of Philology and Arts.
At the seminar, the independent researcher of the department, Kh. Kadirova, gave a lecture on the topic "Nicknames as an Object of Research", and the basic doctoral student, F. Masharipova, gave a lecture on the topic "Onomastic Units as a Means of Expressing Cultural Mentality".
The professors, teachers and scientific researchers of the department actively participated in the seminar and expressed their opinions on the topic.
