Meeting
A Meeting Aimed at Preventing Corruption Was Held at Urgench State University
Today, on July 16, another meeting aimed at preventing corruption and combating such negative phenomena was held at Urgench State University with the participation of managerial staff. The meeting was chaired by the Acting Rector of the university, S. Khodjaniyozov. All vice-rectors, faculty deans, and heads of departments and centers took part in the meeting.
During the meeting, the work being carried out at the university to combat corruption was discussed, and issues related to ensuring the principles of openness and transparency were addressed. The Acting Rector S. Khodjaniyozov called on managerial staff to remain vigilant and attentive, and to strictly adhere to the principles of honesty, justice, and responsibility.
It was also emphasized that each manager is responsible for creating a healthy working environment within their team, strictly following the principle of “zero tolerance” towards corruption, and ensuring legality and transparency. At the end of the meeting, relevant recommendations and instructions were given to the managers.
