⚡ Anti-Corruption Coworking Center: Umida Tukhtasheva Interacted with “Startup” Project Authors

Today, on December 10, Umida Tukhtasheva, Deputy Director of the Agency for Combating Corruption and Head of the Department for Public Relations, Appeals, and International Cooperation, visited Abu Rayhon Beruni Urgench State University. The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the university’s anti-corruption policies, observe the activities of the Coworking Center, and directly communicate with volunteers of the “Anti-Corruption” movement.

First, accompanied by university officials, she familiarized herself with the activities of the Anti-Corruption Coworking Center, established on the initiative of the Department for Managing the Anti-Corruption “Compliance Control” System. The center showcased students’ creative projects, initiatives, and innovative ideas in the field of anti-corruption.

U. Tukhtasheva held an open and sincere dialogue with volunteer students. She discussed in detail the sectors prone to corruption and the mechanisms for their prevention. She showed interest in students’ projects, carefully listened to their proposals and initiatives, and provided useful recommendations based on her practical experience, emphasizing the students’ responsibility in building a corruption-free society.

During the visit, she also viewed an exhibition of drawings created by talented students.
