For the Fatherland, for the nation, for the people
Students of Grades 5, 9, 10 and 11 of schools “courage” No. 23 of Hazorasp district and 53 of Shovot district visited the museum “memory of victims of repression” in the structure of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Beruniy. This visit was organized in order to educate the younger generation in the spirit of respect for the memory of our ancestors, who showed dedication towards the independence and development of the people of Uzbekistan, to deeply understand the harsh consequences of political repression during the totalitarian regime and the instructive pages of our national history. During the visit, the museum staff gave readers detailed information about the museum's unique exhibits, archival documents, photographs and personal items. In particular, extensive explanations were given on the following topics.
