Regarding to the video, on December 16, 2021, on social networks, "Has Urgench State University not registered Master’s degree students?" the administration of Urgench State University announces the following:

-Since 2019, Urgench State University in cooperation with Astrakhan State University has been implementing joint programs in 2 bachelor's and 3 master's specialties;

-In the 2020-2021 academic year, the first academic year of joint educational programs with Astrakhan State University due to a pandemic was held at Urgench State University;

-From the 2021-2022 academic year, the admitted students will continue their studies at Astrakhan State University in the framework of cooperation. It was agreed that this agreement will be implemented in all directions;

-According to the internal regulations of Astrakhan State University, additional exams are required in the field of Comparative Linguistics, Linguistic Translation Studies (on languages). Eight students were admitted to the Department of Comparative Linguistics, and the students were further selected by the Dean of Comparative Linguistics and Linguistic Translation (Languages) of Astrakhan State University. Three students passed this selection. The remaining 1 student applied for academic leave voluntarily, another student did not pay the full amount of the contract, and in terms of teaching the remaining 3 students, an additional plan of measures is being developed in agreement with the administration of Astrakhan State University.
