The final round of the "Navoikhon student" contest was held
On February 24, 2022, the final tound of the "Navoikhan Student" contest was held with the participation of students of the Philology Faculty of Urgench State University.
It is known that Alisher Navoi is a great person who formed an entire period in the history of consciousness and thinking of our people, artistic culture, an incomparable representative of our national literature, an immortal artist who sang the pride of our nation to the world. The main purpose of this contest is to study and promote the rich literary heritage of Navoi, to instill in the minds and hearts of students the essence of Navoi's works.
The 7 participants, who won a chance to the final, competed in the literary field by studying the rich literary heritage of Alisher Navoi, the sultan of poetry, analyzing the lexical meaning of the words in his works, expressive reading of his poems they began.
Students who actively participated in 3 rounds were evaluated by the jury. According to the results of the contest:
1st place: Bazarbayeva Mahbuba, student of group 196
2nd place: Yusupova Dilrabo, student of group 195
3rd place: Jumaniyozova Navbahor, student of group 196
The artistic part of the event-songs, dances and performances of Navoi's works, entitled "A look at" Khamsa" were performed by students of the Uzbek language group 206.
The winners of the contest and active students of the evening were awarded diplomas and gifts by the Dean of the Philology Faculty, Ph.D. D. Gayipov and Head of the Department of Uzbek Language and Literature, docent S. Matkarimova.
