A meeting was held with judges on measures to prevent and ensure legal protection of crimes and offenses among women.
Today UrSU at this meeting, organized by the initiative of chief legal consultant ShAtayev, the chairman of Khorezm Regional Administrative Court J. Sultanova, judges D. Yusupov H. Khodzhayev, judge of Urganch inter-district administrative court S. Allaberganov, head of the Department of Anti-Corruption "Compliance Control" H. Shihova, chairman of the Women's and Girls' Advisory Council Sh. Nurullayeva and active students of the "Kizlarjon" club took part.
In the conversation, the attention paid by the judges to the issue of protection of the rights of women who are oppressed and abused in our country today, the protection of the rights of women who are oppressed and abused by the court, international standards and national legislation, ensuring justice is an important part of the welfare of the people. Various presentations were made on issues related to administrative courts, and duties of conducting administrative court proceedings. At the end of the meeting, students received answers to their questions.
