A seminar on student transfers for the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year was held at the Abu Rayhon Beruniy Urgench State University.
The seminar was attended by employees from the Department of Academic Affairs and Registrar, the Quality Control Department, the Anti-Corruption "Compliance Monitoring" Department, as well as responsible representatives from the faculties.
During the seminar, explanations were provided regarding the integration of the HEMIS and Billing systems in higher education institutions, aimed at strengthening the interconnection between these systems, improving the student transfer process between internal universities, and enhancing the exchange of electronic documents.
Updates were shared with university staff regarding the efforts made to electronicize the process of formalizing payment contracts and presenting transcript documents during the student transfer process.
These integration processes play a crucial role in reducing human error, ensuring fairness, transparency, and preventing situations that may lead to corruption.
