Economist, university finance manager and educator with more than 12 years of experience at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni. Holds a PhD in Economics in Regional Economics (2025), is currently working on a DSc dissertation on the sustainable development of SMEs in a green economy, and is the author of 25 scientific and methodological works published in international and national journals and conference proceedings, including a Scopus-indexed publication. Combines leadership of the university’s budgeting and financial planning with teaching in business, management, accounting and auditing. Actively involved in international academic cooperation through Erasmus+ mobility and research and academic internships in Spain and Italy. Recognised with the commemorative badge “35 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

Author of 25 scientific and methodological works, including articles in journals recognised by the Higher Attestation Commission of Uzbekistan, international journals, a Scopus-indexed publication and conference proceedings.
