Candidates for the position of tutor were interviewed at Urgench State University
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 No 563 "On measures to increase the level of housing of students in higher educational institutions of the Republic", tutoring in all higher education institutions position was introduced.
In order to ensure the implementation of this resolution and the tasks set out in the Order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 390 of September 13, 2021 and the Order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 412 of September 30, 2021 the initial interview of candidates for tutoring was held at Urgench State University.
In this process, the members of the commission headed by Sanjar Davletov, Vice-Rector for Youth Issues, Spiritual and Educational Affairs of UrSU met with each candidate, interviewed on the basis of the requirements of the Model regulation"On the organization of tutoring in public higher education institutions.".
During the interview, attention was paid to the qualification requirements of tutors, such as they should have higher education, not be younger than 25 and older than 55 (50 years for women), are engaged in pedagogical and psychological, educational, methodological, management activities in the education system, must have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs, were not deprived of the right to educate in accordance with the law, have exemplary personal qualities - intellect, culture, creativity, kindness, patriotism and initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to act independently.
