An announcement was posted on the special information portal tender.mc.uz for the renovation of the building of the Technology Faculty and according to the statement No. 5476 dated November 6, 2021, "Sayot Qurilish" LLC was recognized as the winner with a bid of 11 billion 841 mln. Soums. The building of the Technology Faculty is currently under construction.

2. An announcement was posted on the special information portal tender.mc.uz for the renovation of the building of the Chemical Technology Faculty and according to the statement No. 1824 dated June 12, 2021, "Xorazm invest xolding" LLC was recognized as the winner with a bid of 7 billion 617 mln. Soums. The building of the Chemical Technology Faculty is currently under construction.

For students of faculties under construction and reconstruction, temporary buildings in Urgench city are rented and lesson processes are organized.

3. The building of the Philology Faculty has undergone capital repairs and is equipped with new furniture.

4. An announcement was posted on the special information portal tender.mc.uz for the construction of a 2,000-seat educational building "Smart" and according to the statement No. 5912 dated November 24, 2021, " Shovot temir beton" private enterprise was recognized as the winner with a bid of 46 billion 15 million 410 thousand Soums. Construction of a new educational building is currently underway.

5. Furniture worth 1 billion 583 million soums in 2020 and 5 billion 17 million soums in 2021 were purchased and put into use.
