Human dignity is great, memory is eternal...
Today, the Culture Hall of Urgench State University hosted a memorial evening dedicated to the birthday of Ibodulla Quranbaev, a great musicologist, a talented musician, a teacher, an enthusiast, and a man who created a unique school of Khorezmian art.
Ibodulla Quranbaev made a significant contribution to the opening of the Department of Music at Urgench State University in 1993. Until the end of his life (1998) he was the head of the Department of Music at the Faculty of Pedagogy.
The evening was attended by professors and students of the Arts Faculty, family members, friends and students, comrades, well-known artists of the Khorezm art world. Videos on the life, work and activities of Ibodulla Quranbaev were also shown.
During the memorial evening, the Khorezm Philharmonic Ensemble was on call.
