An open dialogue was held on "Prevention of Oppression or Violence"
On February 25, 2022, the Foreign Philology Faculty and the Regional Department of Internal Affairs held an open dialogue on "Prevention of Oppression or Violence". Sh.Botirova, Senior Inspector of the Urgench City Department of Internal Affairs IIO FMB XPB XKMB, Sh.Nurullayeva, Chairwoman of the Women's Advisory Board of UrSU, Z.Jumaniyozov, Dean of the Foreign Philology Faculty, S.Matkarimov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs, R.Abidova,Women Adviser to the Dean and faculty tutors took part.
In an open dialogue, the speakers focused on the Law “About protection of women against oppression and violence”, clarified concepts such as protection from oppression and violence, prevention of oppression and violence, and protection orders, and explained their content. In particular, it was noted that the crimes committed by students and their consequences, as well as various violations occur as a result of non-compliance with ethical norms. The meeting was held in the form of a lively question and answer session, during which students received answers to their questions from experts.
