What do we know about the "sensitive time" of the census?
The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Census" is a normative legal act regulating the relations in the field of census.
This law, along with a number of concepts related to the field, clearly defines the date of the census, which includes the exact time (year, month, day, hours) when the collection and accounting of population data is carried out.
The census can take anywhere from 10 to 60 days. Although the event will take place over several days, the data will be recorded at a specific time - the start time of the first day of the census (00:00 on November 1, 2023). This is also called the sensitive time of the census. For example, if a baby is born during the census, but after that date, it will not be included in the census. However, if someone lives for a certain period of time and then dies, that is, during the census, the information about him will be included in the census.
