The republican conference "Khorezm - in the system of Central Asian civilization" was held
On May 18, 2022, at the initiative of the Department of History in the Palace of Culture of Urgench State University was organized a republican conference on "Khorezm - in the system of Central Asian civilization."
It was attended by professors, researchers and students of the Faculty of History. The conference was chaired by the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work of UrSU, Ph.D., prof. S.Davletov and he opened the conference with an introductory speech. The conference was moderated by docent of History Department Sh. Nurullayeva.
At the plenary session of the conference,lectures by the head of the History Department, docent O.Abdullayev "Xorazm vohasi buyuk ipak yo‘li tizimida: iqtisodiy va ilmiy sahifasidan", Professor of History Department, Ph.D., docent K. Sobirov “Quyi Amudaryo havzasi bronza davrida: Paleogeografiyasi, etnik jarayonlar hududiy chegaralari va kartografiyasi masalalariga doir ba’zi mulohazalar”, TMA UB head of Social Sciences Department, PhD Z.Abidova "Xorazm vohasida shahidlar bilan bog‘liq qarashlar va ziyoratgohlar", Dots. S.Navruzov "Zamonasidan ilg‘orlagan tadqiqodchi (Vasiliy Bartold sharqshunos tadqiqotchi)" and docent M.Matyakubova "Xiva xonligining me’moriy obidalari va unga bitilgan tarix" were heard.
At the end of the plenary session, students performed.
The conference will continue its work in sections.
