A press conference was held on the topic “Reforms in the Higher Education System: the organization of a new academic year at Urgench State University”.
On September 17, 2021, at the Urgench State University held a press conference on the topic "Reforms in the Higher Education System: the organization of a new academic year at Urgench State University". It was attended by professors and teachers of the University, 1st year students of the faculties of Foreign philology, Physics-Mathematics and Natural Sciences, as well as media representatives.
The press conference was attended by S. Davletov, Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs, Spiritual-Educational Affairs of UrSU, G. Urazbaev, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, G. Matlatipov, Head of the Department of Educational and Methodical Management, Y.Djumaniyazova Head of the Department of Scientific Research, Innovation and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel spoke about the beginning of the new academic year at Urgench State University, the organization of "Introduction Week" for first-year students, as well as "Independence Lessons" for students, credit-module system and its content, international projects and joint educational programs, the scientific potential of the university and future plans.
At the press conference, officials answered questions from conference participants and students.
