The next qualifying round of the members of the club “Future leaders” of the Khorezm region is being held


In order to increase the number of youth in the civil service and among senior officials, to form a reserve of young leaders, and to train patriotic young generation, a club "Future Leaders” is being established in the Khorezm region.
In particular, on June 18 - July 15 of this year, the club was announced on the official channels of the region's social networks for the selection of members, and the essence of the club was promoted among young people. The main goal of the organization of this club is an initiative for the civil service of the state, having leadership skills, broad outlook, creative thinking, having a deep understanding of the essence and essence of the reforms carried out in our country, an indicator of the training of the new generation of personnel who can properly deliver them to others, who can make their peers follow them.

During the specified period, about 600 documents came to the electronic platform. Of these, 310 candidates' documents were sorted in the 1st stage and today 2nd stage testing processes were started.
In particular, on July 27, 28, and 29 of this year at 09.00 and 12.00 on the test.argos.uz website of Urgench State University Information Resource Center they are submitting tests on the platform “Future Leaders-2021”.
Employees of the Khorezm regional branch of the Civil Service Development Agency, as well as specialists of the regional department of the Agency for Youth Affairs, Urgench State University, are participating as invigilators.
Candidates with a test score of more than 56% will advance to the next round. The next step is to write a 250-300-word essay on a topic that reflects the attitude and love of a civil servant for his or her homeland, people, and work.

Teachers of the regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration and professors of the Department of Uzbek Philology of Urgench State University will be involved in the essay stage as invigilators and evaluators.
Successful candidates from 3 stages of the competition will be involved in the final stage of the interview process. The process of the interview will be sorted together with the head of the Working Group, the vice-leader and members approved by the governor of the region.
At the end of the competition, 50 promising young leaders from across the region will be selected to be among the first to join the 2021 Leaders of the “Future Club”.
