The event “Graduate - 2019” was held in Urgench state university
On July 12, the “Graduate 2019” event was held in Urgench State University under the slogan “My dear Uzbekistan, eternal life”. The event began with the anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Rector of Urgench State University, B.I. Abdullaev announced the opening of the ceremony with his opening speech. After that, Dr. Ibragimov Zoirjon Shavkatovich, University of California (Fullerton) addressed the graduates with a welcoming speech to the graduates. In addition, the honored guests who participated in the event also wished the graduates of Urgench State University success in their speeches. Also I. Ismoilova, a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of Urgench state university and holder of a presidential scholarship in the 2018-2019 academic year, also expressed her sincere wishes.
At Urgench state university in the 2018-2019 academic year, 1,278 students, 10,526 bachelors, 157 master students, 1371 in the special correspondence department and 824 students in the correspondence department. It should be noted that in this academic year 57 students from 21 directions get their master degree, 2022 bachelor students graduated from 47 directions. The event was held in a great mood. At the end of the event were organized photo shoots with graduates.
