A scientific-practical seminar on "The role of women in the development of science and innovation" was held
Today, on May 24, Urgench State University hosted a scientific-practical seminar on "The role of women in the development of science and innovation" as part of the Women's Innovation Week "Innowomenweek" in Khorezm region.
It was attended by representatives of the Khorezm regional administration, the leadership of Urgench State University, members of the Women's Advisory Board, professors, young scientists and students.
The scientific-practical seminar began with introductory speeches by the rector of UrSU Bakhrom Abdullayev and the deputy governor of Khorezm region, head of the Department of Family and Women G. Kurbanbayeva.
The first report of the seminar was "Increasing the participation of women in innovative development," and the report of the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of UrSU Z. Ibragimov was heard.
During the seminar, the participants spoke about the full support of women in the implementation of innovative ideas, projects and developments, the wide involvement of entrepreneurship and inventive activity, assistance in the legal protection of intellectual property, introducing an innovative approach to the activities of women working in various sectors of the economy.
