Referendum and youth
Today, a roundtable discussion on "Referendum and youth" was held at Urganch State University in cooperation with the Regional Youth Union Council.
First vice-rector of UrDU S. Davletov, Rector's adviser R. Sharipov, Chairman of the Khorezm Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan T. Jumaniyozov and a group of talented students of the university took part in it.
At the beginning of the event, the first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work S. Davletov emphasized that students should have high not only knowledge but also political consciousness and worldview.
Also, those who spoke at the meeting discussed the concept of referendum, its legal basis, specific aspects of these political events held in our country.
Changes in our updated Constitution, legal norms and values expressed in it were also discussed at the roundtable discussion.
