The collective agreement for 2023-2025 was approved
On April 14, 2023, a conference was held between the administration of UrSU and the Trade Union Committee on the implementation of the clauses of the collective agreement for 2020-2022 in 2022 and the approval of the collective agreement for 2023-2025.
178 delegates from faculties and departments took part in it. The conference was led by S. Davletov, the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work of UrSU. The conference heard the report of the rector of the university B.I.Abdullayev and the chairman of the trade union committee of UrSU K.Khamrayev on the topic "The state of implementation of the collective agreement between the administration of UrSU and the primary trade union committee in 2022".
After that, "Implementation of the clauses of the agreement for 2022 between the administration of UrSU and the primary trade union committee on labor protection and safety equipment for employees and students and the agreement for 2023 approval", "Approval of the Collective Agreement for 2023-2025", "Revision of the composition of the Trade Union Committee" were discussed, proposals and initiatives of the delegates were heard in this regard.
According to the results of the meeting, in 2022, in order to further improve the protection of the socio-economic and legal interests of the union members and students in need of social protection, a contract for 2023-2025 was drawn up between the university administration and the initial union committee. The collective agreement was approved.
After this meeting, K. Sobirov, member of the Presidium of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders, and G. Gurbanboyeva, the chairman of the Khorezm Regional Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan gave a speech on the essence of the draft Constitution, which is being updated today in connection with large-scale political processes, constitutional reforms and the holding of a national referendum on April 30 in our country.
