A conversation was held with "Zakovat" intellectuals
Urganch State University is holding events under the slogan "Our knowledge and thinking are for this nation, for this country" in connection with "Youth Month".
Today, on June 16, a meeting was held with the participation of the youth of our university who are interested in "Zakovat" games and the Khorezm regional coordinator of the NGO "Zakovat" intellectual club, winner of the "Fame" medal Azamat Matkarimov.
The meeting was opened by Sanjarbek Davletov, First Vice-Rector of UrSU. Azamat Matkarimov, who gave a special motivation to the students, told about the fact that the team of the Khorezm region became the super-champion in the decisive super-final of the republican round of the brain-ring intellectual game "Zakovat" held in Bukhara region in 2021, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev personally participated and watched until the end of the game, and unexpectedly, 3 of the champions were awarded "Builder of the Future" and 3 of them awarded "Fame" medals and were worn on the chest of the winners, and each of the team members was given a car as a gift. He advised the students that knowledge is always the key to success and victory, and that it is important to believe that success is behind every patience.
At the meeting, Azamat Matkarimov was presented with a letter of thanks from the rector of the university for his close support in popularizing "Zakovat" at Urganch State University.
At this point, it is worth saying that the "Gallacticos" intellectual team of Urganch State University won the 1st place in the spring season of the "Student League" held among students of higher education institutions in the 2021-2022 academic year, 2022-2023 won the 2nd place in the winter season of the academic year and the 3rd place among more than 500 teams of the republic according to the results of the general annual rating games. At the end of the meeting, "Zakovat Intellectual Club" NGO awarded medals, Bookreaders and diplomas to the members of this team, who were the winners of the "Student League" tournament year.
