A press tour was organized for media representatives, journalists and bloggers at Urganch State University
During the press tour held on October 14, 2023, the management of the university and the press service informed the participants, the editors of the newspaper "Huquq va ist'emchi" and the internet publication "Hurriyat.uz" K. Eshchanov, the photojournalist of the UzA National News Agency B. Saidov about the state of educational and scientific laboratories of the university, the daily activities of university tutors, clubs aimed at meaningful organization of students' free time, five initiative leagues and spiritual and educational events, the conditions created for students in dormitories.
In particular, representatives of the media were informed by those responsible for the current activities of many laboratories, such as Chemistry, General Chemistry, Oil and Gas Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Renewable Energy Sources and Sustainable Environmental Physics, Atomic Physics, and the scientific and research work carried out there, as well as their relevance and importance.
In addition, a meeting was held with the tutors of the university, their work processes were observed, and their daily activities, five initiative leagues, and spiritual and educational events were discussed.
During the press tour, the participants visited student residences and got to know their conditions. There, the students saw clubs aimed at meaningful organization of their free time, activities carried out to ensure employment and vocational training of the youth.
They also observed the works being carried out in order to green the territory of the university and preserve the existing plants within the framework of the "Green Space" nationwide project.
