Republican working group conducted studies at Urgench State University
In order to ensure the implementation of the order No. 20-1460 of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 7, 2023 and Statement No. 10 of the National Anti-Corruption Council dated August 23, 2023, on November 21-23 of this year, Uzbekistan The members of the Republican working group under the leadership of A. Burkhanov, director of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Khorezm region, are conducting studies to familiarize themselves with the work being done to combat corruption in Khorezm region and to assist in determining measures in this regard.
Today, this working group conducted its activities at Urgench State University. They got acquainted with the work being carried out in the field of higher education at the university regarding the implementation of "Corruption-free sphere" projects. In particular, the activity of the "Compliance control" system management department was studied.
At the end, a meeting was held with the participation of the university management, and the studies were thoroughly analyzed. Recommendations were made regarding some shortcomings. It was stated to work together to prevent various possible corruption cases. Proposals were heard regarding what needs to be done.
