The final issue of the "Young Speakers" competition was held
On January 24 of this year, the Uzbek philology faculty of UrSU held the final edition of the "Young Speakers" contest, which has been held throughout the year. In the competition, 5 students of the faculty competed against each other based on 2 conditions.
In the first condition, the participants expressed their opinions about the role of modern works in increasing the status and prestige of the Uzbek language and the reflection of language features in their works, while in the second condition, they answered questions on free topics given by the jury and showed their oratory skills.
According to the general results:
1st place: Ibragimov Azizbek, student of group 213
2nd place: Rustamova Mohichehra, student of group 203
3rd place: Bekchanova Sharifa, student of group 202
According to tradition, the winner of the final issue, A. Ibragimov, became the owner of the university rector's laptop.
During the contest, the performance, songs and beautiful dances prepared by the students of the 221st group of Applied Philology education aroused a high mood in the audience.
At the end of the event, the faculty team, headed by the dean of the faculty D. Gayipov, sincerely congratulated the winning students and their parents participating in the event and presented diplomas and souvenirs.
