Courage is the pride of the nation
Today, Rector of Urgench State University Bakhrom Abdullayev and the university administration met with a group of labor veterans and veteran teachers working at the university on the occasion of May 9 - "Memory and Honor Day".
At the meeting, we talked about our brave and steadfast compatriots who sacrificed their lives in the Second World War and their heroism. It was noted that it is a noble value to honor the elderly and enlightened people, teachers, who are characteristic of our people, and their life experiences are always an example for the youth.
At the end of the meeting, souvenirs were presented to the veterans by the university and the Trade Union Committee.
