The Deputy Prosecutor of Khorezm Region visited Urgench State University


Today, Sherzod Muxamatov, First Deputy Prosecutor of Khorezm Region, visited Urgench State University. Accompanied by the University Rector, Feruza Madrahimova, he inspected the conditions created for students, the modern infrastructure, and the measures being implemented to ensure security.

During the visit, the living and recreational conditions in the student dormitories, their readiness for the autumn-winter season, and the video surveillance system were examined. A friendly conversation was also held with students.

At the University's Career Center, he learned about the ongoing efforts to ensure youth employment, provide career guidance, and prepare students for the labor market. Students' training sessions at the newly established sports complexes were also observed.

In addition, the activities of the Situational Analysis Center, its technical capabilities, and real-time security monitoring processes were demonstrated. The university premises have been digitalized, and a Face ID system has been introduced at entry and exit points. Nearly 1,000 video surveillance cameras installed in academic buildings, student dormitories, and other important facilities have been integrated into a unified system.

As part of the visit, the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory was also inspected, with attention given to students' work with modern technologies, practical training sessions, and the activities of IT clubs.
