A national scientific-practical conference has commenced its work at Urgench State University
Today, a national scientific-practical conference entitled “Modern Approaches to the Sustainable Development of the Regional Economy” commenced its work at Abu Rayhan Beruni Urgench State University on the initiative of the Faculty of Economics.
The conference is attended by renowned scholars, professors and lecturers, economic experts, researchers, as well as representatives of the relevant sectors from various higher education institutions and research organizations across the country.
The conference was officially opened with welcoming remarks by Ilyos Abdullayev, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, who wished the participants a successful and productive conference. The conference is moderated by Behzod Qo‘ziboyev, Head of the Department of Economics.
During the conference, scholars are presenting research papers on key areas such as sustainable regional economic development, innovation, investment cooperation, the digital economy, human capital, logistics, tourism, and entrepreneurship development.
